Do boards come pre-assembled?

Completes arrive fully assembled. If you purchase a deck and components separately, you can request assembly in the order notes at no extra charge.

How do I know what deck size I need?

Deck size depends on your height, shoe size, and skating style. Generally, 8.0" to 8.25" is a versatile starting point for most adults.

Do you offer grip tape with deck purchases?

Yes, every individual deck purchase includes a sheet of professional-grade black grip tape for free.

Can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones in the near future.

What is your policy on broken decks?

Skateboarding is a high-impact sport. We offer replacements for manufacturing defects (delamination), but we cannot replace boards broken due to impact or improper landings.
